Prevent Hair Loss

Hair loss and the pursuit of hair restoration have become increasingly common among younger people in recent years, spreading from the IT industry to virtually every field. Thick, healthy, and dark hair is something everyone desires. While hair transplantation can be effective, it is costly and cannot increase the total number of hair follicles—it’s often more of a “reallocation” than a true solution. Therefore, unless absolutely necessary, it is recommended to maintain and care for your hair and scalp early on to prevent hair loss before it starts.

Hair loss comes in many forms. The most common types include nutritional hair loss, stress-induced hair loss, hormonal hair loss, infection-related hair loss, and androgenic hair loss. Excessive mental stress can cause the tiny muscles at the base of hair follicles to contract and disrupt the nervous system. Hormonal imbalances may block hair follicles, while poor nutrition can lead to changes in hair color and even diffuse hair thinning. Early prevention and proper care are key to maintaining healthy hair.
